There are 6 different floor plans in Normandy Place. You can view each one by clicking on the unit number. The basic differences between the Normandy townhomes floor plans are;
- Two vs. three bedrooms
- One private garage vs
a two car tandem garage
- All townhomes have lofts and/or dens
Prices vary based primarily on these factors.
- End units are higher in price because they have more windows.
- Townhomes closer to 1st Avenue are lower in price.
- Mt. Rainer, Olympic Mountain or Arrow Lake views increase the price.
- The size of each townhome.
